[gini] filter and queue commands on grouter

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any problems using the filter and queue
commands on grouter.  Every filter I add seems to block all traffic, for
instance I added a filter to specifically allow all packets from a network,
but instead the filter blocks all packets.  Here are the commands that I
used:

class add thisnetwork -src ( -net 192.168.10/24)
filter add allow thisnetwork
